Well, it's night time, and I'm thinking of a snack, because I'm still hungry, because I didn't eat a big dinner.
As I'm going through the possible options, I remembered this Challenge, so I ate my protein/oat bran/chia seeds pudding.
And I'm going to bed.

I was able to fit in 2 slices of homemade pizza into my daily calories,
but I was still a bit hungry.
So I fixed myself a huge bowl of mixed greens, beets, and fresh raspberries from my garden.
And now I'm going to bed.

I must have skipped a day,
because my spreadsheet shows that I'm on Day 14.
LNS is TOTALLY the cause of my weight gain, and
deterrent for my weight loss.
Because I've been focusing on my diet and no LNS, I lost 1.2# this week.
As for my usual, I'm going to bed early tonight (so I don't LNS).
