Loose fat and get STRONG!?

Im overweight but I wanna be SWOL (ง’̀-‘́)ง
I started trying working on some weight training and stuff. But is it possible to do? Also any tips?

    It's absolutely possible! Find yourself a good program to start. I like Stronglifts 5x5, but think maybe it's not quite as trendy as it used to be. But it's a lot less intimidating if you go in with at least an idea of what you're doing.

    I don’t think I can afford a fitness trainer tbh. Though it probably would help me figure out what the hell im doing.

    Following a solid program for fitness is as important as following a solid program for weight loss. There are a lot of good options here, something for everyone whether you have equipment or not.
