I spent most of last week at 124 and popped down to 123, so I really hoping for a 1 pound loss when I lose what I hope is water retention from our Midwestern heat wave, weekend only wine consumption and a family fun eating weekend with both kids home.

Who am I: I'm 49 yo, retired, female Canadian expat living in Central America. Good luck all for to continuing the journey to all our goals. On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, mindful choices with food, and haven't had etoh in 26 days.
***summary so far- started 153.4 now 143.6 Yeah...lets keep on rolling right into the next 10 day challenge. I am surprised and pleased how effective this accountability has been for me. I must say not drinking etoh has helped with this. So..well, now decisions...I was doing a 30 day etoh 'experiment'. Do I risk my successes..including weightloss if I end the experiment...or do i continue the 'experiment until i reach my weight goal? Umm, not sure yet...keep you posted6 -

~1 TB hemp seeds
~1 TB flax seed meal

~1 TB chia seeds
~cinnamon ~ to taste
~4 ozs purified water
~1 TB heavy whipping cream

**Mix first 7 ingredients in a small mason jar. Store in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, pour into a small bowl. Hi all, this is my second round and excited to see where this next round takes me. I first started my MFP journey in 2015. I dropped down to 138 pounds and went into maintenance. I was fine for awhile until my world went crazy and exercise was no longer a priority. After putting on over 20 pounds, I got back to working out and calorie counting diligently. I have IBS and no gallbladder, so I stick to a low fat diet. I am also hypothyroid which makes losing weight at times challenging. I keep on trucking because the pot of gold at the end of π is health and an increased life expectancy.

Hello everyone! My name is Debbie and I'm 60 yrs old, 5'3". This is my 2nd round. Sad to say that I gained in the last round π’. I've got to lose this weight and see if it will help this RA. I've been under A LOT of stress and it's been difficult to stay on track. Unfortunately I'm an emotional eater and when I get upset or stressed I turn to food.

07/22 65.0 kg. I've lost 23kg {50.7 lbs} in 199 days! IF isn't making me delighted but I am getting loose skin so I'm trying to get rid of that. Also doing pilates and bodyweight training on alternate days. And I nearly forgot to say... I'm loving being on holiday somewhere beautiful!

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight β I'm working at it!

07/22 133.8 β just short of 9 ΒΎ miles walked yesterday, walks sandwiched a christening midday followed by celebratory meal at an Indian restaurant (very tasty!, but high sodium/fat). I did drink absolutely loads throughout the day to try to compensate.
