JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 84 (round 16 for me ) I'm in for another round, still need to get back to end of round 76 weight ! Must stop messing about !!

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it!
Round goal – (same as last round!) – 130 which is just below the end weight of round 76 !

07/22 133.8 – just short of 9 ¾ miles walked yesterday, walks sandwiched a christening midday followed by celebratory meal at an Indian restaurant (very tasty!, but high sodium/fat). I did drink absolutely loads throughout the day to try to compensate.
07/23 133.4 – 8 ¾ miles walked yesterday, I really need to reduce my carb intake, trouble is I love fruit!! Still I'm going to make an effort to reduce processed carbs to start with.

07/22 - 163.6 (0.0) Start of a new week, I'm pleased I've got my bike repaired so I'll be getting my cardio workouts done! This week is suppose to be the hottest week in history of Belgium (40C) with no air-conditioning, so exercising is going to be an issue
07/23 - 162.4 (-1.2) Cool! The weekend weight has dropped off, probably due to a lot of cycling yesterday! Cycled again this morning, which was quite difficult has it's already really hot (30C) and arrived at work looking like a beetroot! I've got some nice meals planned for the day and a massage appointment this evening with my physiotherapist as I had back problems recently.

I was finally able to get at least 2 walks in already that have been 2 hours long, happy about this. 07/22 - 135.7lb (+0.8lb) OK with this - standard Monday morning increase as had our usual Sunday family roast dinner with dessert (but all within daily calories!) and also a very early weigh in this morning. Had to be up at 430am to get my 16 year old daughters breakfast lunch and dinner sorted and see her off on her work experience at Guys and St Thomas Hospital London. All good though and feeling very motivated, positive and fired up for this round
07/23 - 134.3lb (-1.4lb) so 0.6lb down over the start of the round now my Sunday dinner has worn off All good, heading in the right direction, good food day planned and gym session tonight. And a NSV today - someone at work commented about the weight I had lost - they had noticed by the fact my trousers were so much looser - and on a visit to the ladies I realised I can get my trousers off without undoing them now : 8 days of this round + 1day before I go on holiday to reach my 133 target - its in sight and SSSOOO close ......

I spent most of last week at 124 and popped down to 123, so I really hoping for a 1 pound loss when I lose what I hope is water retention from our Midwestern heat wave, weekend only wine consumption and a family fun eating weekend with both kids home.

22:126- Thinking it is water weight did a very aggressive weight workout yesterday, knowing today will be limited since taking my daughter to oral surgeon to have wisdom teeth removed. Hope can exercise this afternoon. Quite the migraine today.
23:123.4- Wow all over the place...wondering if alcohol consumption from the weekend makes you retain water? Enjoyed my weekend both kids home, but what a scorcher! Very limited outside activities, my husband and I usually enjoy riding our bikes impossible to do with over 100 heat index. Daughter had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday so took my first rest day in a long long time...Honestly did not understand or believe the need for them( I am wrong about so much and have learned so much from the posts on this site). Wow then dropped probably water weight but also a little more weight too. Low migraine today.

07/22 - 140.8, stayed the same as yesterday, which is great on a weekend! I have a group tennis lesson today, and I will try to do 60 minutes on elliptical. I have a work dinner tonight at a Thai restaurant so I might be up temporarily tomorrow due to sodium intake, but I preselected dinner already. Good feeling that this is the round I break into the 130s and stay there.
07/23 - 140.2, did not sleep well (fell asleep at 12am and it’s currently 4am). I have my alarm set for 6am so hope to go back to sleep. Taking my 8 year old dog to the vet for teeth cleaning and I am always so nervous! I won’t have time today for anything besides work and the dog so no workout. I am really thirsty so had too much salt yesterday, but drank a lot. Will continue to drink today (aiming for water, depending on how pup is!)

@nikki062181 Here is to meeting my goal in these 10 days. I have decided to take baby steps. I have really been struggling with stress and anxiety, which is causing me to derail. The first thing I need to do to get back on track is no more late night eating. I usually cook dinner at 6 and haven't been. I need to get back to it. I'm also weighing myself an hour earlier this week because I'm getting up at 6 for the time being.

07/23 - DNW - BF traded in the old truck for a new one last night and needed cosigner (ex destroyed his credit) so I went and helped him then he got me dinner with the kids. They love the new truck (as do I) and hope it doesn't have the issues the previous one had. Another night of not enough sleep and no weigh in. I feel like crap, though. My stomach hurts so bad and I'm not entirely sure why. My jaw definitely does so I've been grinding my teeth worse than normal again. Gotta figure out how to stop that (wearing a guard only makes me chew/grind harder). Going to try to stay on track with food and get more water today. Plus, I have no reason to go to BF's tonight so hopefully I can get decent sleep.

Previous day's comments for R8407/22 - BF had a double header softball game last night (and every Sunday for the next 5-6 weeks, I think) so by the time we got back and got food, I decided to stay. We had some scrambled eggs for brunch (it was around 11am) and didn't eat again until after the game (830pm). Stopped at McDonald's just because he was so sore and tired and I wanted to get home to shower and go to sleep at a decent time. Not very healthy but within calories due to not eating anything else all day. Next time I'll bring cash for the concessions (didn't think they'd have it open) and maybe pack something. I was also watching 2 kids while their mom played so I wouldn't have time to eat anyway. Their dad will be back from the business trip for the remainder of the games so I'll have some freedom from kids.

@171lake I live in a 55+ neighborhood and one of the ladies was with the circus back in the 70’s. She was talking about s class she was taking and I asked if she knew of any barre classes in the area. She said she didn’t and I didn’t pursue it. Now 50 pounds lighter, maybe I should! I ate too much at my art show reception yesterday and had salty stuff later, so this gain is water. I’m back on track today and foregoing flour and added sugar for the foreseeable future. I mulched my new garden for a good 90 minutes this morn8ng, and am going for a walk after dinner. Did I mention that the temperature has cooled WAY down? Yay!

Gaaa! That’s the delayed effect of Sunday. ‘Sokay. I was within my calorie goal and macros were good yesterday and I got plenty of exercise. Onward.

I want to be out of the 160s for my birthday, but I will do good to just be at 160.0. I have been battling this weight for sometime now and thought I was on the right path to reach my goal of 140 by my birthday (July 30). Started in November at 194. Was doing so well, but lost motivation and discipline didn't kick in. But I am working on getting it back. Vacation is over and have just one week to reach my amended goal.

After doing just 16:8 or 18:6 this weekend, I’m not surprised. I also believe I haven’t been drinking enough water. I had 100oz yesterday, but I still feel dehydrated. In for a 42h fast now, and will have my next meal tomorrow lunch.

I assume is some water weight as I gained some yesterday, but overall still my lowest yet. I’m feeling really good about this! About to end my 42h fast at lunch today.
