    A hotdog is, merely, a hot dog, which is a sausage. It can be served as a sammich, but is not, in and of itself, a sammich.

    I wonder if a hotdog would taste good in a taco?! Now the dilemma is whether I would top it Mexican style or eat it like I would eat a hotdog.
