Still plugging along. Really hoping to get under 145 this week. I had a 4 day holiday weekend this weekend so kind of just stayed the same. Fingers crossed we will see some movement for my next weight in!

Great loss this week. Been going very strong and staying super strict to my calories. I’m doing another week of super strict diet and eating in a deficit. Then I will lighten up and loosen up on my diet a bit. If I can get down to 143 next week I would be thrilled.5 -
