I'm a trail runner when I go places I can't take my bike. The first time I tried it, I was shocked how much fun it is. Don't tell anyone.3

Trail runner here. Much prefer the trails over the pavement0

Triathlete and occasional trail runner here. Rehabbing an injury at the moment.1

I do about 25% of my runs on trails, mostly because I live in Constable Country and the prettiest views are on the trail runs.1

Triathlete here
I've only done road tris but I'm hoping to do a few local Xterra races next year. I love all things tri (okay I tolerate swimming...lol). Since my last tri was in May I've jumped into more mtbing and trail running.

Yes to the trail running! I started out hiking the bike trails (in the Ozarks) with my dog but then I thought "hmm, maybe I can speed this up!" One year later I run extremely rough 5+ miles 3-4x per week. It takes about an hour+15 min. I'm 58. I absolutely LOVE IT!!!6

Trail runner here! I am only running 1day/week, but I've been doing it for the past 7 years (other stuff on the other days). I am lucky enough to live near a state park so I don't have to run on pavement ever1

Love it . . but I broke my ankle on a tree root last November . . . so I have been officially banned from trail running ever since. LOL3

Spartan athlete...does that count? We run in the woods, up mountains, swim, lift heavy stuff and throw spears.3

I used to love trail running but...no access here in the city-it's a drive if I want to do that.
However, I'm hoping to do a sprint Tri maybe in the fall or next spring.0 -

Does the offer extend to allowing mediocre swimmers to draft behind you in an IM swim? Asking for a friend.2
