    @untrachelable You might try drinking some pickle juice for the headache or if you get muscle cramps. Of course the pickles need to be “no sugar added.”

    @abowersgirl What are your “small snacks” that lead to a big gain?

    @betsychange Are you truly doing Keto? I would have expected your FBS to drop more quickly. Not a criticism, just an inquiry.
