    07/24 – 196.2 This is stress eating and no exercise. I will get this and get back on track and stay there. Everything seems to be going wrong these days; I just want something to go right.

    07/26 - 195.4 I am pleased with this but have been doing a lot of walking and still sore from yesterday. I walked 4 miles at our middle school track and a total of 2 miles to and back home. Plus another hour and a half cleaning (dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing bathroom)I am sore so rest today and probably the weekend. I still have a ways to go to lose the few extra pounds I put on.
    07/27 – 178.8 I am struggling, I have been struggling for a couple months. I will get this and get a handle on things.

    @jilliancreates Way to go on the not snacking ~ great willpower! This is definitely something I struggle with. It is so not easy sometimes and then totally worth it when you feel great the next morning :smiley:
