    Thank you for this. I’m done with my 2 vacations & have a clear time now to get back to 155 & then back to 153 & the under 153.

    July 8 weight: 155 ok, I was happy after a week’s vacation

    Week Goal:This week, no late night snacking, drinking on week days. 126 next Monday.

    July 8 weight:126.0
    Goal results: 126.0- Can hardly believe especially with the Holiday and weekend...Yeah, accountability works.
    New goals:125 Been reading the boards and must increase my protein intake too.

    July 15 weight: 126
    Goal results: To much weekend fun :/ Got down to 124.6 last week and think I am bloated mores then fat but we will see as the week progresses.

    July 1 weight: 212.2
    Goals: Stick to my eating plan of DASH diet, tracking all my food intake, drinking my water and getting exercise every day. My goal is to take off a pound this week.

    July 8 weight: 211.2
    Goal results: I took off my pound! Exactly. I was more aware of when I was going to eat out of stress, I ate mindfully all week, I did my DASH diet. I allowed some treats. Little by little I am taking it off.
    New goals: Work on another pound by next week.

    Goal results: Didn't lose.......but didn't track my food as well and overate....
    New goals:210.2 - Get back to my goal, eat what's good for my body and continue to take off the excess weight.

    July 21 weight: 209.8
    Goal results: Down 1.4 lb from last week - keep moving forward in journey! Watch emotional eating, eat when hungry and healthy for my body food.

    July 1 weight: 144 lbs. / 5'1' / 49 (for those that are interested in these numbers)
    Goals: Drink lots of water and stay within my calories. Weight train 3-4 a week no matter what!!

    July 8 weight: 144 lb.
    Goal results: NO LOSS!! Pooh! At least it wasn't again, right?
    New goals: incorporate 15 min cardio intervals after strength training 3x a week.

    I'm happy with this! I wasn't logging on vacation, in part because I didn't always have cell service and also because it.s difficult to estimate when you're eating out so much. I'm glad I didn't move back up. :smile:

    Goal results: 3lbs down since first of month - I wanted 5lb loss, but I am happy with this because I took time to enjoy summer events with family/friends. Thanks everyone - you all did great with your goals!
