    A day late but ready for the challenge! I've been slacking a little bit workout wise lately but my food has been relatively healthy so I'm maintaining for the most part. I have 2 weddings coming up, one of which is a beach wedding so I need all the motivation I can get!

    Decided to wait on the meal planning until after the farmer's market. Came home with a bounty. Corn, green beans, new potatoes, yellow & green summer squash, cucumber, tomatoes, and a small eggplant. Also splurged on a small loaf of spinach feta bread. Obviously I'm not doing Keto, but I have a healthy start for the week's meals.
