I completely agree. 50 is my goal, but I do know that it will be easier for those that have at least 100 pounds to lose. If those that have commented don’t have as much to lose it may be harder for you to lose this much in this amount of time. I know for a fact that my first two weeks I will lose more than 2 pounds a week because of how much I have to lose. Everyone is welcome here. You can use this challenge as an accountability post.
