So I fell off the wagon over the last couple ofdays and had all the bad things so I gained weight. However, I'm back in the gym and back on my diet and I lost some of the weight gain as well so we are back on track here.8 -

I would love to make my goal of 140 this month. Saw 141.7 last week of July once and then boom never again. I spiked back up to 143/144, so hoping it will go back down and get comfortable there. I guess we will see what August brings us! Good luck everyone!

I had a really hard time when I started gaining weight after cutting back my portions and working out all because of other health problems but I'm pushing hard to get back. Thoughts: This is almost funny. Check-in weights are flat. I don't remember this happening before. Beats a gain, so I'll take it.
I'm eating on plan. I've upped the walking - 2 short walks with husband, and a 2-miler with sister in-law. The 7 day step averages are off - the FitBit was on charger two of those days. (I'm pretty bad at getting it back on the wrist after charging.)
I've got the resting heart rate down 4 beats per minute in the last two weeks - so that's solid progress.

I started this month at my highest weight ever with my weight recently fluctuating between 197lbs to 203lbs. As of 8/6/2019, I am counting calories and eating a primarily plant based diet. This month, I will also engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise, 3x per week.8 -
Seriously Before I got on the scale this morning, I thought I'd sit somewhere around 130/131 since I did not get much sleep last night (5.5 hours) and I have been eating between 1200 to 1400 calories here and there all week. I've got 7 more workouts to do before reaching 100 workouts for the year at our local gym and my husband has 9 more workouts to go.
Did a month (July) full of cardio jump my metabolism into high gear? [ 23 out of 31 days completed - time ranging from 10 to 70 minutes ]
