5'4 - 5'5 weight loss pictures please! š¤

Looking for some motivation! I'm currently 183lbs/83.3kg and I'm just over 5'4. Please post any weight loss before/during/after pics you have with the amount lost/time taken and methods used to give me that kick I need! Feel free to add me for moral support šš

February 10 I was at 169 lbs., and this morning I weighed 139.2! I walk abo5 miles a day, incorporate cardio theee times a week minimum, and I have been adding strength training. I use the app Aaptiv, and I have been going to Buti Yoga since June! Eat between 1200-1500 calories.17

I'm not sure how inspired you will be since I still weigh more than you do right now (187), but I'll share.
This isn't my first go round with weight loss, but hopefully my last. I restarted in Jan 2018, but got really serious at the end of March 2019. I've lost 33 lbs so far and have another 35 lbs or so I want to lose. I basically eat less/healthier, try to stay within or close to my calorie goal and exercise (walking, YouTube HIIT videos, light weights) 4 - 6 days per week. Logging my calories every day, even on the not so good days, has been key for me. I tend to get obsessed with the scale so I try to limit my weigh-ins to weekly or bi-weekly.

5ft 4in. Currently 167.2lbs and still overweight. Goal is 140lbs.24 -
I started at 187lbs when my son was 10 months old. I breastfed for years and wanted to lose slowly so my journey was pretty long. I'm happy with it though because I feel I keep it off easier. I lost the first 25lbs in a couple years I think. Then a few years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease and I lost another 10+ lbs by just cutting out gluten and all gluten cross contamination. I had really bad inflammation from most grains so I cut others out as well and lost even more weight. My lowest was 135lbs but I usually hover around 137.
I recently gained weight after starting atarax and benadryl antihistamines. I packed it on fast. Due to food and chemical sensitivities I started taking it daily. It helps stop anaphylactic reactions, but I had no idea about the weight gain until I was trying to figure out why I gained so much so fast and looked it up. I actually don't really eat more as I'm allergic to most foods and have no choice but to eat basically the same things. Anyway, it's great to come here for inspiration! Thanks to the others for sharing! I hope to lose faster this time, but it's a smaller amount of weight so we'll see.

Thanks. Right now I'm about 150. My husband thinks I'm the same but I can tell the way my clothes fit for sure. I also got accidentally contaminated about a week and a half ago and it causes a lot of inflammation and bloating. Last week I couldn't even fit into any pants I had because I looked pregnant. But that went mostly down after a few days. Still have pain in my joints and muscles though so I know the inflammation is still there.
The picture with the blue and pink dress is the most recent. I'm wearing the same dress tomorrow so I'm going to get my hubby to get a picture if I get time. I'm interested to see of in just those few months there's a huge difference in the way I look.2 -
5'5", 183 pounds to 120-something in the right hand photo, at age 59-60, while severely hypothyroid (but treated), in a little less than a year. I overshot goal a bit there, and am now back up a bit, but still a healthy weight (mid 130s) nearly 4 years later at age 63.
I was already active while obese, so mostly continued the same exercise routine (mainly on-water rowing and spinning classes, a little but not much lifting (more is a better idea, BTW), occasional biking and miscellany). Eating was simply careful calorie counting and sound nutrition eating foods I enjoy, using this approach to gradually remodel my eating:

The one where I am wearing red blouse was my pic before the healthy lifestyle while the one where I am wearing a green blouse was my pic after a yr of a healthy lifestyle.
My weight loss journey started when I found out that I was obese. I started making a little change day by day through the help of a special friend. We did a 5mins exercise challenge from the brightside (which you can watch in the youtube) for 1 month. Then after that, I started loving the exercise. Aside from exercise, I also started changing the food that I eat. I started lessening the junk food, soda and rice (but I took things slow.. my body needs to adjust). Then I drink lots of water. Instead of coffee or milk every morning after waking up I drink 1-2 glasses of water followed by exercise.. then after the exercise if I am not yet hungry, I won't eat my breakfast yet but if I am, I will eat protein rich foods. In the afternoon when I get hungry, I eat fruits or veggies. From those little changes, it became big now. I rarely eat fried and process foods. I occasionally drink soda but I still eat what I want whenever I want to (but when it's unhealthy, I just eat a little). One thing more pretty, I started throwing away my ugly clothes. I made a promise to myself and to a friend that I will never go back to the old me. I wanna lose fats to be healthy and to live longer.
One step at a time pretty and always think positive. Our body is just part, our mind plays more important role in losing fats.

I started out around 170. For just shy of two years I've maintained the same weight... 134-139. I'd really like my range to be 128-133 but I haven't tried that hard and my weight is maintaining so I'm happy
. The pic I provided is when I already lost about 15 lbs in comparison to today.

5'5", started in May at 158, currently 133. Last picture was from a couple weeks ago, down another 4 since then. Following Keto, 1200 calories and Intermittent Fasting.

163 lbs in the first photo, in 2012. 125 lbs in the second (taken about a month ago...3 lbs from goal). I lost 27 lbs in 2013, gained some back, and lost it again.
