Hello.. My name is Ruthie.. I figure i try this app out and see what happens. I have always struggled with my weight but over the last few months I have gained so much weight. Due to back and knee problems its been hard to stay active and well i didnt help the situation by eatting my feeling either.. So im here to maybe get a little extra support and tips on how to stay active with back pain and focused on this journey...thank you...

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    I have various medical issues and don't exercise. I've been able to lose 30 pounds by just eating right. Read the stickies, buy a food scale, fill out the food diary staying at a calorie deficit. You should be happy with the results.

    I do daily back exercises these have helped such as cobra stretch, cat stretch etc..
