@pheinc i know it might not seem like it, but you are doing pretty good considering you aren’t still your starting weight. I noticed when I behave for so long, my body doesn’t seem to show results on the scale they way I hope. Then out of nowhere it just drops! It’s like your body takes time to catch up.2 -
