Help! Just started macros..how much grilled chicken should I eat to get 100gms protein intake for my macro per day? Is it 100gms or 200gms?

200 grams of raw chicken breast is going to have around 46 grams of protein. When you cook it, it will weigh less because of water loss...but the amount of protein, calories, etc would be the same.2
