I have been eating 1200 calories a day for 2 years. I have lost 60 lbs. Need to lose 40 more but I have plateaued. Any suggestions.

What is your height, weight, and age?
How long has your plateau been, and is that losing no weight at all?
Do you exercise?
Do you log here? Do you use a food scale?2 -
Have you been at that deficit consistently for 2 full years? Have you taken a planned diet break in that time?2

At your height, weight, age and activity level I would put you at 1525 calories per day for 1lbs loss per week.
Aim for 100g protein (400cals), 50g fat (450cals) and fill in the rest with carbs (about 165g) shooting for 15 grams of fiber per 1000 cals or about 25 grams.
IMO it's a good place to start, make adjustments as needed...1
