I have just scrolled through all 19 pages and cannot find a UK version
Graham crackers = digestives,
Cool W-Hip (sorry lil nod to stewie there....) is dream topping
but what can i use as a pudding mix? choc angel delight? any ideas.....if someone can describe the texture, taste and generally what the pudding mix is i can have a scout round for a UK alternative and put the recipe up...0 -

I used an all-natural instant pudding and it worked just fine, so I imagine any instant pudding mix would work.0 -

Over here we have angle delight, its a powder that you whisk 300mls of milk into then refridgerate. its served cold and is like a mousse type dessert....is that the same stuff?

UK Version
9 Digestive Biscuits
150 ml of skimmed milk ( I say 150 ml as a full pack of angel delight requires 300ml)
2 tablespoons flora extra light or other low fat marg
125 g of low fat peanut butter smooth
(for the sake of calorie working out I have used sainsburys 33% less fat)
Half a pack (40g) of no added sugar chocolate angel delight
Dream topping to top

Sainsbury's - 33% Less Fat Smooth Peanut Butter, 125 g 666 40 44 8

Sainsburys - Skimmed Milk, 150 ml 53 8 0 0
Mcvitie's - Digestive Biscuit Low Fat, 9 biscuit 630 84 27 7
Birds - Dream Topping (No Added Sugar)
Made With Skimmed Milk, 47 g 74 44 6 5

Total: 1703 177 88 23

WOW these look yummers! I will try it but change out the peanut butter for lower in calories and fat to Pb2 (ever heard of it?) I use it in my protein shake and it is the best.
