About where I started. Right where I’m headed. Cross your fingers for me.
Would love to be headed for that beautiful beach, too! But I’ll settle for 170! Top of my healthy BMI

242lbs to 151 lbs, started slowly in November but really kicked it into gear in February. I’d wanted to get to 142 so I could say I lost 100 lbs, but I’m feeling pretty happy with where I’m at now and want to start building a booty and toning up, so the numbers are not as important to me now.34

42lbs down 💪90 -
The before picture is in Feb 2017, before I started Daily Burn. And, I've tried other programs but kept on coming back. The support is wonderful and I couldn't have done it without my accountability buddy for my eating habits.
I've been doing Keto for 2.5 weeks now and love the site/app I found (dietdoctor.com). Without all of this I never could have gotten to my after picture that was taken sometime over Labor Day weekend.

An unrelenting rash on my ankle sent me to the dermatologist today. She said she needed to do a biopsy and when I asked about limitations afterward (running) she said no running for 2 weeks. Big Bummer for me. So my DH asked can she walk for extended periods (2-3 hours straight). Doc said sure, just no pounding that might break the stitches.
NSV #1: DH recognize the importance of running to me and I have a work around.
NSV #2: Dr. Said I had thin athletic legs. Still getting used to being described as athletic.16 -
91 lbs down BUT also over 75" down. 330lbs to 239 currently. Balanced diet, weightlifting, and boxing have helped me achieve what I have so far. Ultimate goal is to be strong, not skinny. :-)100 -

This is from 282 down to 252. I'm down another 33lbs from there at 229. Guess it's time to take another similar picture93 -
14kg loss (I think that's about 28 pounds roughly). Finally hit my goal after 14 months - although I'd completely stopped logging and exercising for probably at least 8 months in that time. And I'm only 3kg away from being what I was before having kids. I'm 5ft 6 🙂 still want to lose another 7 to 10kg though
