    Sept 1: 251.8, which is good as I thought I would be bloated from tailgating yesterday. Seems I partied within reason, though :)

    Sept 8: 251.0. I was down to 250.0 yesterday morning and am really looking forward to getting out of the 250s. I feel like I've been bouncing between 251 and 254 forever, but looking back through my log it has only been 2 weeks. College Gameday is broadcasting from our college next week, so my Sunday weigh-in might be a little off next week, though I didn't overdo it tailgating last weekend.

    I started hitting the gym last July, when I weighed in at 176. I am 5'6" and my ideal weight is around between 128 to 156. I am aiming for 132 by May 2020! Good luck to all!

    So I was right - period arrived. Been all over the place weight-wise. Should be done in another day or two and will then begin to track properly. Also, just joined a gym to begin weight/strength training! Let's see what gains/losses we see over the next while. Excited to get strong!
