I didn't get any challenge exercises done today. I will have to do todays + the globe jumps tomorrow to catch up. I'll do them, no worries.
I did, however, knock out another 11 miles on my bike and 2 miles of running today, which can be added to the miles for the team.
Under calories, plenty of water.

I found myself with a few minutes free, so I completed:
3X20 Woodchops
3X20 Tuck Jumps
20 Mountain Climbers
150 crunches for the team.
I second TNGirlyGirl... Please let us know tomorrow what we still need for the team challenges. Since I got so much done today, all I have left are the Globe Jumps and 100 crunches. I am happy to do more crunches, jumping jacks, and/or miles if needed!!!0 -

Kenny Chesney concert was fantastic!! And we danced all night long!! (Burned off the calories from the Mike's Hard Lemonade!) Also did my 55 ab crunches and walked an extra mile (about 1/2 mile from the parking lot to the stadium and back again after the show). I was under calories, but did not get all my water in (sorry!). I have a feeling I will be making up for the water tomorrow though!

I now weight 208.5 pounds, so I lost 4 pounds this week, yeah!

I went to the STEELERS vs. FALCONS game last night in Pittsburgh and WE WON!!! Yay!!! Then went to the Casino with my girlfriend and didn't get home unti 5am this morning !! Ugh!! But between walking from parking to the game and then to the Casino.... I'm sure I got in at least a good couple miles of walking!!
Haven't logged my food for yesterday, but I don't think that I went over!! I didn't have any alcohol (cuz I knew we would be driving back to Ohio late....) so I think that I stayed under calorie goal... I'll do my best to log the food later today. Also had PLENTY OF WATER!!! Sheesh!!
TODAY I've DONE:
75 crunches
75 jumping jacks
and will be going out to walk this afternoon!!

I'm a little confused. I posted earlier today but it was September not August and I didn't see August. In case you did not get what I posted. I did 100 crunches and 100 jj's yesterday, making that a total of 200 for what I said I could do. I also did the 5 miles I promised.

Woke up with a migraine, which has lessened but not gone totally away. Needless to say, it has changed my ability to work out today -- so I am not going to complete everything and get caught up. However -- so far I have finished the squat kicks, swimmers presses (I did butterflies) and woodchops, plus another 100 jacks.
I'll be going for a walk or bike ride as soon as it cools down some, and can complete more jacks if needed for the challenge.
My water is already over for the day, and I'll have no problem staying under calories as the thought of food is making me nauseous! I'll post later with any additional exercises I do -- let me know if I need to do more jacks to get us over the top!0 -

Also, I covered another 13 miles on my bike tonight. I don't think we need more miles, but I thought I would mention it just in case.
I have not completed my diary yet, but I will be under without a problem. And I'm finishing up my 8th glass of water right now.0 -
Did another 6miles on my bike today, and another 50 jacks (makes 150 for the day).

I have to apologize again to my team... I went off the wagon this past week. I even missed logging over the weekend after 150 days staraight!? but that is the way life goes, so I am just getting back on and moving forward. I had my water every day this week but also went over my calories every day. I ran 8 miles yesterday as part of my marathon training but that is the only exercise did other than my walk breaks at work. Today I weighed in at 171.0, I could not find if today was a weighin or just on the 31st so I'll do both0

Thanks to Schwiggity for pointing out the Covert % Post your results and get an extra point for your team if you take the time to do the 4 measurements! Then report the point to your captain!
Do you need the four measurements? Or just the body fat percent?
I tried this and it kept telling me I had 0% body fat which was impossible and to try again. I did this multiple times and even had my hubby double check that I was putting the right numbers in the right places. So I don't know what happened but I can promise you that I'm a great deal more than 0%!!! LOL But I tried!!!!0 -

Just completed all the challenge exercises for today. I did them consecutively, no sets. I had to stop briefly after 100 jumping jacks and also after 5 of those horrible globe jumps to catch my breath. But I only stopped for a few seconds.
Under calorie goal, 12 glasses of water.
Not looking forward to the run tomorrow!! It's hot here! I can do a 5K, but in this heat I usually stop at about half That distance or a little less.0 -
