Trying to loose baby fat..

She is 2 and 1/2 now and I am heavier than when she was 1 year old. I think i g as ined more weight after i completely stopped breastfeeding. Any recommendations? Thanks

    Use MFP to find your calorie level to lose an appropriate amount per week. What’s appropriate is generally determined by how much you have to lose. The more you have to lose the higher loss rate you can set.

    Eat to the goal.

    That’s pretty much the basics you need to get started. As you go along you’ll learn things and find ways to adjust how it works for you! Good luck!

    Calorie deficit is all you need!! There is an awesome guy on Instagram called syattfitness seriously he talks all about calorie deficits and is eating a Big Mac a day for a month to show you can still eat things like that and lose weight!
