hello, can anybody help with exercises for sciatica, my right leg keeps on giving way! thank you!

I was given a handful of stretches to do regularly, which seem to have helped a lot. Haven't had a major episode for a couple years now.

When I had sciatica, I went to my chiropractor. Helped immensely.
