I would like to start a group with people at the same state I am in. I am a 48 year old female with about 40 pounds to lose. If you would like to join this group, please add me as a friend. I am excited to get this started!

I am 44 and had 48 lbs to lose when I started in March. I have lost 37 of those lbs and have another 11 or so to go. It can be done in your 40's, it just takes a lot of motivation! Feel free to add me for motivation and support and good luck on your journey!0

Nearly all of my weight loss came from me doing Jillian Michaels workout DVD's. No More Trouble Zones is great for targeting specific areas and toning. It does run about 50 minutes though. I started with the 30 Day Shred and built up to the longer workouts. The shred is only about 20 minutes.0 -

I am new to MFP, joined4 days back. I was into aerobic dance and boot camp at my work place 4 weeks back. My plantar fasciitis became so bad that I had to quit all. I am 44 and 3lbs to lose. I am on low impact exercises. I need all the support and motivation. I wish to join this group. I look forward for suggestions regarding my workout routine....0 -
I joined a bit ago and didn't do anything. I am committed to trying "again" this year. Have joined the "Biggest Loser" at my gym...for a good butt kicking....to get me in gear. I am 53 with 50-60 pounds to lose.
Am not stressing myself out until kickoff on January 1st at 6:30 a.m. Please add me as a friend and I will try to help you be accountable and be an encouragement to you.0 -
