Sept 8: 140.2 - bummers, wanted to try a little of the homemade German Spaetzle DH made last night, but couldn't stop at "just a little," kept going back for more and then that led to getting out of control with other carbs later in the evening. About 1040 calories over for the day. Hopefully a lot of this gain is water retention caused by too many carbs and won't take long for it to come off. (Can I get a few hugs?)

Sept 1: 251.8, which is good as I thought I would be bloated from tailgating yesterday. Seems I partied within reason, though
Sept 8: 251.0. I was down to 250.0 yesterday morning and am really looking forward to getting out of the 250s. I feel like I've been bouncing between 251 and 254 forever, but looking back through my log it has only been 2 weeks. College Gameday is broadcasting from our college next week, so my Sunday weigh-in might be a little off next week, though I didn't overdo it tailgating last weekend.
Sept 15: 248.6. Down 2.4 from last week, 3.2 since start. Best this week was 247.8 yesterday and Friday, but didnβt count calories tailgating yesterday (breakfast burritos, birthday cake, hard seltzer, and pizza!)
