I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT I DON'T WANT TO COUNT CALORIES OR EXERCISE, IT'S TOO MUCH WORK . I WANT TO BE HEALTHIER BUT I REFUSE TO DO FOOD PREPARATION OF ANY KIND. PLZ TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BE HEALTHY WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES, FOOD PREPARATION OR EXERCISE.

You don't have to exercise if you don't want to. I don't prepare much food, I like quick grab stuff, just try and make it healthy. Over time you may feel like starting an exercise program.0

counting calories is not as bad as you might think give it a go you will be surprised if not dont starve yourself because you will just gain it all back as soon as you start eating again add me if you need support0

I do a slimfast bar for breakfast and eat what I want during the day, 2 snacks and two other meals. I only cut down my portions and try to choose healthier stuff. Works for me as long as I have that bar in the morning, takes my hunger away !! Good luck.0

while we're at it, I'd like to work Full-time hours, get paid all the benefits, but I'm only available from 9:30a.m. until 12noon. Please don't ever work me on a weekend and don't ask me to do anything I don't want to do!!0
