    Day/Weight/Comment
09/10 – 128.8 – and back up again, but its almost TOM so I am sure some of it is bc of that. At least I am staying in the same range, practice for maintenance I guess
    09/11 – 128.6
09/12 – 128.6 - Had my annual biometric screening at work yesterday and for the first time I was in the normal weight category (right in the middle of it) and had a normal body fat percentage. Now just waiting on the results from the blood screening.
    09/13 – 127.8 – glad to see a loss again
    09/14 – 127.8
    09/15 – 127.4
    09/16 – 127.4
09/17 – 127.8 – again. I would love to see more loss, but I am happy that I am at least in my goal weight range.

ajhouse, you’re doing great! Our stats are similar (except I’m 12 years older). I’m curious what your goal weight is.

@Scallyboo YES! Weighing early can make a tremendous difference. I’m not sure why but I know if I get up early, weigh, have my 2 LARGE mugs of coffee and decide to go back to bed, I pee and weigh again when I wake and am down at least another pound. Is it the dehydration they say you get from coffee? I don’t know. Personally, I think time of weigh in is a factor.

@taxgirl1 Isn’t it amazing how things no longer tempt us?
