Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    So last round I was all over the place with lots of ups and downs, to end up with no weight loss at the end of 10 days. This was mainly due to post-run hunger and not planning calorie intake properly before and after runs. This time I’m going plan my runs differently to see if I can manage the meals around them better and especially try and do better on weekends. :smiley:

    I'm awful and have fallen off. But I'm back. Hopefully I can keep with it this time as I don't see any crazy traveling for work in the near future. BF leaves for work again Sep 30 and will be gone for about 12 days out of town so I may struggle a bit since I have to dog/house sit while he's gone (and my birthday falls in there). But work-wise (when I can update this since I have a computer) I should be back to normal!

    Thank you Grandmajackie! These challenges really help me come back to where I need to be, even (especially) when I get off track.

    Shooting for a 1 pound loss this next 10 days. Feeling ready to make this happen, my weight trended lower a few times the last challenge, maybe it's ready to make a nice jump down. School has started, my schedule is getting ironed out, I should have lots of time to work out. My non scale goal is no late night snacks for the next 10 days! And if I can get rid of this sinus infection, I'll start the push up challenge again.

    Waa doing really well last round, went down two pounds, and then shot back up on the last day to end with a gain :'( Hoping for better luck this round and planning to help that luck along with hard work!
