Texan, 5'4", turning over a new leaf for the fall (pun intended). I bought an exercise bike!
New to the rounds, and looking forward to this round to jump start my exercise program. Cheering myself on! I have very old knees, and the exercise bike is my first step at getting stronger. I have to build from where I am. Had a lot of hidden salt in food the past few days, causing the scale to fluctuate wildly. So, I am ignoring the scale.
I will weigh in 9/10, and just go from there.
Goal for Round 89, Lose 2 pounds from wherever I am on 9/10.

Hi everyone. I am hoping to get back on track this round. The last 3 rounds have not been my best and I have just been maintaining around the same 5 pounds or so. My birthday and TOM will happen in this round so I am expecting pretty much the same results, but hopefully can get my healthy/low calorie eating skills back on track. Not really looking to lose seeing as I will probably stall for 5-6 days and have 2 restaurant meals out for my bday. Thought about not posting at all this round, but then I really would go off the deep end and I don't want that to happen. So I am staying here, posting, and being accountable for my actions.

I started doing this challenge a few months ago and although it was going great I started to drop the ball and have been MIA for the past few rounds. I've gone up almost 10 lbs since earlier this year. Work is just crazy and it's getting hard to find time to be on top of myself.
I'm trying to take control by going to the gym more and starting new eating habits. Really trying to slim down once and for all, especially since I'll be going to Hawaii this December with my boyfriend

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 89 (round 21 for me ) I'm in for another round, tomorrow will be the only day I weigh in though as I fly off for 10 days holiday tomorrow afternoon, I'm back 21st just in time for the next challenge!! Although not weighing, I'll still try to check in each day and read all the posts.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

So last round I was all over the place with lots of ups and downs, to end up with no weight loss at the end of 10 days. This time I’m going to be more stable and especially try and do better on weekends, thank goodness this round isn't finishing on a weekend !! ;-)

This is my 2nd round. Finished the last round poorly purely due to TOM, cake and wine.
Determined this time. Id love to get as close as possible to 140 this round.
10th Sept: 142.75. Happy with this drop from yesterday high. Ate within calories, almost hit macros, and walked the dog when son was training so hit 13k steps.7 -

Time for a post holiday / kids back to school re-set.
My aim is to be back to my pre holiday weight of 133 less a pound or two by the end of September (end of round 90).
Target for this round is to get back to normal eating, logging everything, planning and prepping properly and getting my water intake back up - like many people, it all slipped a bit post holiday and with the kids being off. Target for this round is to see 136lb. This is my round to get re-focused

09/10-206.4 (-3) WHOOSH! I have been waiting. I am almost afraid to believe it. Hopefully it sticks. I have been very consistent but my body has been holding on. Hopefully this is the start of some consistent downward movement on the scale.
