    I do a slimfast bar for breakfast and eat what I want during the day, 2 snacks and two other meals. I only cut down my portions and try to choose healthier stuff. Works for me as long as I have that bar in the morning, takes my hunger away !! Good luck.

    Oh and I don't know how to cook (and am not interested in learning), I don't have enough money for healthy food, I work such long hours I don't have time to exercise.

    AND any sensible suggestions that require a change of habits will be mocked.
