I might be late to the party, but here's my results so far this month.6 -
So August was a complete wash. I pretty much maintained the entire month. It was an extremely stressful and exhausting time for me. I have 2 birthdays this month (mine and my daughter), and we just came back from a 4 day trip for FIL funeral services. So I am starting the month high, but would love to get back down and lose at least a couple of pounds. My weigh in days will be Wednesday's.
September Start Weight: 143.6 was out of town on the first so am using Aug 30th weigh in

Aug 30: 143.6 left for FIL funeral
Sept 4: 146.9 just got back into town and am starting this month high. We will see how it goes
Sept 11: 143.8 I am ending my diet break today. Hopefully will get to 140 by the end of the month
Sept 18: 145.7 TOM I have been staying on track. Hoping I make some progress on my next 2 weigh-ins
Sept 25: 140.9 We will see if this sticks tomorrow. I would be shocked if it did.

September was great for the first half of the month. Then, BAM! The typical stall/gain/plateau hits. No biggie, this too shall pass. Still a good monthly loss so far. ☺

Sept 19: 195.0 Bounced around this past week & encountered some travel & restaurants. Made decent choices but the sodium is always an issue in travel. Working harder today to offset the damages.
Sept 26: 196.6 After travel weigh-in again. Much water retention!

Sept 1: 251.8, which is good as I thought I would be bloated from tailgating yesterday. Seems I partied within reason, though
Sept 8: 251.0. I was down to 250.0 yesterday morning and am really looking forward to getting out of the 250s. I feel like I've been bouncing between 251 and 254 forever, but looking back through my log it has only been 2 weeks. College Gameday is broadcasting from our college next week, so my Sunday weigh-in might be a little off next week, though I didn't overdo it tailgating last weekend.
Sept 15: 248.6. Down 2.4 from last week, 3.2 since start. Best this week was 247.8 yesterday and Friday, but didn’t count calories tailgating yesterday (breakfast burritos, birthday cake, hard seltzer, and pizza!)
Sept 22: 248.4. Down .2 from last week. Was actually 247.0 yesterday and Friday, but WAY overdid it at the tailgate yesterday. I am happy to have the next 3-4 weekends off from tailgating, but it is our anniversary next weekend and then back-to-back weddings the next 2 weekends. So, we'll see where that leaves us.
Sept 29: 246.4 down 2lbs from last week, best this week was 245.6 yesterday. Today is my and my husband’s first wedding anniversary, so wine, lasagna, and wedding cake. Will be had. Also: game day with a good friend.
