Hi,
I'm 28 and my hight is 5feet and 10inch
Or my weight is 85kg.
My target is 75kg.
My workout routine last a month.
60 mints to 80 mints cardio and gym . But no chang in my weight. Plz help

    Your weight depends on what you eat.

    How many calories are you eating every day? How are you measuring that?

    Lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym.

    All the exercise in the world and the best program won't make a bit of difference if you're eating more calories than you burn.
