    So August was a complete wash. I pretty much maintained the entire month. It was an extremely stressful and exhausting time for me. I have 2 birthdays this month (mine and my daughter), and we just came back from a 4 day trip for FIL funeral services. So I am starting the month high, but would love to get back down and lose at least a couple of pounds. My weigh in days will be Wednesday's.

    September Start Weight: 143.6 was out of town on the first so am using Aug 30th weigh in
    September Goal Weight: 141
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135-137

    Aug 30: 143.6 left for FIL funeral
    Sept 4: 146.9 just got back into town and am starting this month high. We will see how it goes
    Sept 11: 143.8 I am ending my diet break today. Hopefully will get to 140 by the end of the month
    Sept 18: 145.7 TOM I have been staying on track. Hoping I make some progress on my next 2 weigh-ins
    Sept 25: 140.9 We will see if this sticks tomorrow. I would be shocked if it did.
    Sept 30: 140.9 I'm using Saturday and Sundays weight. Today I am 145.9 (Monday) and way up due to tailgating and drinking. My trend is down over 2 pounds and I lost 2.7 pounds. I am calling it a win!

    Honestly, I’d be happy with an average wt for Sept of 156.

    Well. I’m Healthy & Maintaining. The 2 lbs will come off over time.

    September Goal Weight: 99.9kg (Psychological barrier to be back under 100kg)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 88kg

    Sept. 1: 103.3
    Sept. 9: 103.0
    Sept. 16: 101.4
    Sept. 23: 100.9 (slower losses but meal and drinks out for my birthday so I'm happy with progress)
    Sept. 30: 99.9

    Total loss for the month was a fantastic 3.4 kg (7 1/2 lbs) which I’m really pleased with.

    Next target is to lose 12 kg (26 lbs) by New Years Eve... going to need to up my workouts and avoid the treats over the upcoming holidays!

    Lost 5.9 lbs., not much but sure is in the right direction. I’m healing from a motorbike accident & the many repair surgeries but feeling really good & happy with any progress right now.
    Learning about these community challenges, haven’t used it before.
    Always looking for as much motivation as I can get!
