    bmfrazie, thanks for the challenge last week. It was my first and it kept me keeping an eye on what I was doing throughout the week. I'm looking forward to this weeks challenge.

    *my wife said I couldn't do the burpee challenge if it is what it sounds like :)

    It's harder to stick to the calories than I thought. They only allow me 1200 calories. :(

    Dammit things got a bit ****ty at home and I ended up having to chuck the dinner :( So we're now getting pizza as can't cope with cooking all over again. So I'm now over by 161 calories and that's with eating half the pizza just. So this is my revised post:
