Help! Need advice. I'm starting over...again.

Here I go again. It has been a long time since I've been at this weight. I never worried about it before, but I've just gained over 30lbs in one year. Between depression and a huge job change, I have not had time to focus on exercise or diet.

Same here! I eat pretty healthy foods but just too much of it! The hardest part, for me, is going to be pushing the food away. I do not exercise either. You know what they say...if you always do what you've always done then you'll always get what you've always gotten. You can make the changes you need! We both can!

Exercise will help you tone, but it's being in a calorie deficit that creates weight loss.

You have to eat anyway. Might as well log it. 😉
