find out what food adds to tummy fat,+walk+cycle for 40 mins a day.Try apples and nuts and raisons for a snack.
chicken salad for meals first week. drink no added suger orange.37 -
Way whatever foods you like, but limit your portion sizes. To lose fat - from your belly or anywhere else - you need to be in a calorie deficit. Unfortunately we don't get to decide where the fat comes from (legs vs stomach, etc) that's mostly genetic.13

There is no food to reduce stomach fat and you can't spot reduce through exercise.

Back again with the same questions, huh? You were given a lot of advice that you didn't seem to be taking last time you were here asking about losing weight, and you were pretty obsessive about a lot of aspects. Are you ready to take the advice this time, or is it going to be more rounds of asking the same thing multiple times but ignoring the answers given?29

No specific food adds to tummy fat. A calorie excess may be laid down preferentially as fat here, especially in women.8 -

Then why ask questions since you're doing fine and have no intention of paying attention to the answers?25 -

Then why are you looking for advice if you are doing so fine? Keep doing what you did to lose 51kgs. There is no secret to losing belly fat. It all comes down to losing fat overall. Genetics will determine where it comes off. Some folks get really lean but still have a little belly fat.12 -

Does that mean you still believe you can influence where your fat comes off despite being told repeatedly that you can't?6 -
People have already mentioned about losing fat in general, but I also wanted to link this thread:
