Today is a new day, and if you're reading this it may be a start to a better you.

It's proven that people sabotage themselves" by pre-planning a start date for a diet and making long-winded plans, so guess what let's make NOW (8/30/2011) your start date so that you can get:

Super Sexy in September!!! (start f August 30th at one weight and leave September 30th at another weight)

This challenge will run four weeks and we'll have all sorts of updates throughout the challenge, (Weight ins every Tuesday morning and must be messaged to me by Noon EST) I'm a working mom and I'll be posting clever (or at least I think so recipes, exercises and tips to help you along the way). I make myself totally avalible and I will answer messages asap!

  • I have been off track for several months and am ready to get started again. I have a goal I want to reach by May 15th but I can only deal with ONE MONTH AT A TIME. Thanks for doing this and I am looking forward to my progress. So how do I get started?
