    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I had a big whoosh this week down to 128 and then back up to 131 as of this morning. -.- annoying but now I know this is a weird water weight thing. Progress is slow on my C25k program - I finally completed day 1 and today I’m attempting day 2 for the second time. Feeling much better about eating more. I’m not feeling hungry at all right now.

    Success of the week: I kept my average weight in my goal range all week even though the scale dipped below the first couple days. The scale is up three pounds from seven days ago, my ten-day average is up 0.8 pounds, and my weekly average went up 0.9. I'm ok with this since I'm still near the bottom of my goal range.


    Struggle of the week: It looks like I won't be revising my goal down, at least not this week. I'm glad I didn't do it prematurely. I was enjoying seeing the lower number, and it may be back. I had some less-than-idea food choices this week.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Other than yesterday being a day of disastrous food choices that will likely show up next week (masked today by being a bit dehydrated), it was a pretty good week. I need to try to eat enough to reach my goals on most days so I don't end up having a greater than expected weekly deficit that leads to...well, disastrous food choices!

    @lesdarts180 I'm so sorry to hear of your son and will be keeping you in my thoughts. I hope for a good diagnosis and a speedy recovery.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I'm slowly but surely getting back down into my range again, with my weigh-in over the past couple of days being 110.6 lbs and 111.2 lbs, at the upper end of my maintenance range. I was successful with increasing my activity this week and got 93k steps overall, with two days over 15k steps.

When I got home I simply logged my best estimates. I have to master things like this if I am going to successfully maintain. :)
