Just started today noticed I’m doing really well on my calories but my fat and carbs are over already any suggestions on quick and easy things to make or buy??

    Egg whites and veggies low fat, carb, and high protein..

    Egg bake for sure--- eggs, egg whites, ham, spinach, peppers. Filling, cheap and low on the fat/carbs.

    If you are trying to lose weight, all that matters is staying within your calorie goal. Don’t worry about it unless you’re not getting enough protein, or you have been told by your doctor to restrict carbs/fat to treat a medical condition.

    You’ve mentioned that your fat and carbs are ‘over already’. From the phrasing I’m guessing that you’ve not logged and eaten dinner yet at that point?

    Dinner is often the biggest meal of the day and you may find that once you’ve got past that your macros will look more balanced. People tend to base dinner around a protein and build the meal from there, after all.
