10/12 No idea because Iβm on holiday! Food-wise Iβve been tracking everything but eating whatever I want (which is eye-opening - a mere 2000 cals over target yesterday π±) so I expect it to be carnage next week π

I truly did not think I would ever reach this weight. I've never been below 150 ever. I didn't even think I was going to reach 150 for this challenge!
2 weeks ago I was struggling, but doing my best to keep going, working out when I can, and starting each day new.
And this is proof that when you stick with it no matter what happens, and keep doing your best, the results speak for themself!5 -

Slow progress...but at least it is progress! It seems I was overly ambitious with my goal but I did have a set back that took 3 weeks to overcome for whatever reason. No more maintenance days for me...I am very close to my ultimate goal and want to get there within the next few months!6 -

Like two or three other people here, just a 0.5 lbs loss a week. But at least the scale is going in the right direction.

I've had a cold for the past three days and haven't exercised.
