    10/11: 148.5 (but this was because I had a major tummy upset and couldn't eat properly) (also, I'm in the 140s!)

    Looks like I'm going to be short of my 150 goal, but I am VERY happy with my progress so far. I'm down 15lbs, and only 10 away from my ultimate goal.

    10/12 No idea because I’m on holiday! Food-wise I’ve been tracking everything but eating whatever I want (which is eye-opening - a mere 2000 cals over target yesterday 😱) so I expect it to be carnage next week πŸ™ˆ
    10/19 165.5 (-2) = -7 Dont know how that happened!! We walked miles everyday but I made up for it in alcohol but I’m not arguing πŸ˜„

    = 4.2 lbs total loss

    Like two or three other people here, just a 0.5 lbs loss a week. But at least the scale is going in the right direction.

    Okay, it went up a bit because of my cold and lack of exercise. I'm delighted that the scale finally started moving in the right direction!
