Are you ill?10

A single day or meal really isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme. Don't worry about logging, just focus on recovering from whatever is making you that sick.7

Because the advice given will be based on the answer to the question.15

If you have deliberately made yourself sick then I would seek medical attention for an eating disorder. If you threw up as a result of nausea then listen to your body to guide how you eat over the coming 24 hours and resume normal logging once you feel better. Whether you log the meal or part of the meal is neither here nor there long term.9

Also, drink lots of water! If you are ill and having difficulty keeping solid food down, maybe consider some delicious (but not exactly "healthy") juices! Orange juice is my favorite when sick. You need to keep hydrated.1

I would count half of it to be safe0

You need to call your primary care physician.1

You need to care about your health first. Calories are the least important consideration if you are throwing up.2
