I seem to vaguely remember that there was a drive last year to give out treats other than candy due to so many children suffering with allergies etc.? Perhaps someone else can remind us of the symbol for this?0 -

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 94 (round 26 for me ) I'm in for another round, to lose my cheeky pre-Brexit weeks holiday gain. Have a wedding vow renewal on 9th and need to lose a couple of pounds to be comfortable in the dress I plan on wearing! So goal for round 133.6, it is doable if I'm vigiliant.

Still no kitchen - new kitchen now delivered and being fitted - Last two rounds without a kitchen went well so hoping to continue as I left off. No kitchen continues to make me very planned and very focused just buying what we need when we need it.... Lesson to be learned here I think!
Evening out with a friend, Halloween and Grandsons birthday this round so not the easiest (although all in the first half of the round) but I'm determined to weigh less at the end than the start!

10/30 - 159.4 - Um, whoa! I finished my ham&beans at lunch and had a small FiberOne bar as a snack to hold me over until dinner (I knew I had to cook so it'd be longer). Other than that, I stuck to a primal/paleo diet yesterday. Just didn't want to waste food so I finished it off. Today I have a ton of roasted mixed vegetables, some mashed butternut squash, and baked chicken breast for both lunch and dinner. Luckily I didn't have much in my house grocery-wise so cleaning out non-primal foods really wasn't hard at all. It was stuff that needed to be tossed anyway because it was on the older side. Now I need to make sure I meet 1200 minimum (I was 50cals under yesterday) and ideally 1500 with this change. Must buy appropriate snacks! Need to go grocery shopping anyway. I'm lacking frozen veggies (ideal given my travel schedule -- at least I know I won't waste it). Also, restarting IF because I felt amazing on it once my body adjusted and I miss that.

Not a good way to start a round, but I’ll try to stay focused as much as my willpower will allow. Yesterday’s stats: 1273 Calories In / 2617 Calories Out. 25 Net Carbs. 17,508 Total Steps & 7.41 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours on the button. Up early to prepare for trip. I went for a hall walk in the school (cold outside) for 124 minutes at about 3.0 mph. The extra calorie burn was 694. Good luck everyone this round.

10/30 284.6 This bounce up is nothing more than the usual ovulation bounce up. I actually went back over my weight and ovulation times to prove it to myself. If all goes the same as the past it should be gone tomorrow or at worst in two days.

I'm so upset! All of my progress gone because of 2 days in a row where I drank too much and binged on so much junk. I shouldn't drink. It ruins my diet. I feel so horrible about myself right now its a month later with nothing to show for my results and over 2 bad days and now that I've been at a lower weight it just makes this number feel gigantic. I'm starting over fresh and hoping this weight comes off quickly since it went on so fast. Just vowing to not drink at all this round and lose as much as possible. I was hoping to reach my goal of 87 during this round since I was close and make it in the first week of November but its looking like that might not happen. Now just gotta really stick with my eating and exercise routine perfectly and hope for the best. The choices I made were sooo not worth this!! So deflated 10 -
Goals this round.... Little to no added sugar; no flour products; calories below maintenance. I’m setting up my own system to track the days I stick to those goals. I did stick pretty much with good food choices until late evening when I had some ice cream. But I’m determined to eat properly the rest of this round. 10/30-175 Well, this is the goal weight I set yesterday...Nice surprise. It’s my first mini goal.😊 It will probably go up tomorrow, but since it’s the first day of the challenge I’m adjusting my goal for this round to 174. Been eating super clean lately a so whoosh down isn’t undeserved. Challenges coming... Halloween tomorrow, bottling wine on the weekend, the dry aged steak in my fridge should be ready this round too, and I’m prepping my yearly batch of buckboard bacon in November. I think I really need to ensure I put a lot of focus on this challenge in November/December. Portion control will be my main goal for the next two months. Taste testing will need to be monitored well, such a slippery slope it can be. Not expecting to lose leaps and bounds the next 2 months, but it should would nice to go down a bit over the holiday season and maintain what I have lost instead of losing focus and letting the scale creep up.
