10/4 - 178 ( barely made it. Had my period and was 180 all week ๐)
10/11 - 176 ( another week of going up and down the same 2 pounds. This morning finally lost again ๐)
10/18 - 172 Hit my goal and then some!! Love a good woosh ๐
10/25 -175 ๐ญ Had my period + lack of sleep + stress. I hope this water weight vacates my body real soon ๐ข

This challenge went real fast, the time flew by. Managed to nearly hit my goal. Next up will be trying to hit 184 by Thanksgiving and then 180 by the end of 2019.3
