Look around on MFP till you find an entry which matches that caloric value per 100 grams, then weigh out your portions on a kitchen scale. Or am I OCD? I just thought meticulous tracking is what will garner outstanding results.
This is true. I was trying to simplify it because it's hard to explain math and MFP😉🤣1
