I came across this thread today and noticed I commented almost 2 months ago when my weight was 139lbs. Since then I’ve lost (insert sarcastic tone here) a whopping 1.4lbs. This is tough going 😴

I am a 62 year old woman. Started the process in July 2019 and weighed 125lbs. I am now at 112 lbs which is close to my goal weight. While the weight loss was slow, I am feeling better and getting stronger with exercise and yoga. My Fitness Pal has helped me a lot. Logging in everyday has been a real learning experience for me in how I really eat. I have also changed my diet considerably and doing keto-ish meal planning. I highly recommend using this app as part of your weight loss process. Calculating progress is really empowering. If I mess up one day, My Fitness Pal really helps me get back on track.

Just started tracking consistently for the first time. I've plumped up since college and want to bring things back to a reasonable range to maintain.

I started at 212.3. My current weight is 190.2 and my goal weight is set to 150 right now but I'll probably change it to 145. I'm 5'9ft.

I know it's only 2lb, and they're definitely vanity pounds, but nonetheless I want them gone! I was 122-123 over the summer, went on vacation in Sept gained 5lb (I think 2 was bloat, and 3 real gain) I've lost 3 of them since then and am having a hell of a time getting rid of these last 2! Working hard at it, hoping to see 122-123 again by the end of the year! Fingers crossed

A year ago I was 130 and my goal weight was 120. Now I'm close to 150 and just want to get back to 130!

At my heaviest coming out of college I weighed 215. I’ve gotten down to 160 before but currently at 166. I feel best around 163, but am working mostly on body composition now.

Just curious, is there an area of your physique that holds onto those 5 pounds in particular? Seems like a lot of people on here so close to their goal weight, myself included. But I feel like no matter what the scale says, I always have a bit of pudge in my stomach (will never have 6 pack abs), whereas they rest of me can be lean and strong through the cardio, strength training, etc.
