2 Pounds A Week for 2 Weeks - Starting November 10

Greetings, this is a challenge beginning on November 10, 2019, the purpose of which is simply to lose 2 pounds per week for the next 2 weeks. I've found setting small goals of two weeks at a time to be helpful, join in if you like.

I will also be gone from November 22 to November 24, my wife and I are going to Vancouver, BC to attend a "Air Supply" concert, so no weighing on those days .0

Nah, it was surely pizza and a pint of gelato from Saturday that left me bloated. It's that kind of reasoning, though, that's added ~10 lbs to the scale in the last 6 months. ;-)0 -

Just shedding water weight bloat from Saturday's binge so far... but the 3rd day is often when I seek cake with a vengeance. I'm so grateful for the support!

By the way, why don't we tell each other how we are losing weight in our posting of our numbers each day? For instance, I'm basically eating only when my stomach growls, indicating hunger. Some will say that is too late, that the metabolism has slowed down by that point, etc. but for me the indication that I'm actually hungry lets me know it's time to eat. What are your thoughts? What are you doing to lose weight?1

I am doing Intermittent fasting(16:8). It is not to lose weight but mainly because it keeps my PCOS and hypothyroid symptoms under control. I am not following any particular diet but trying to cut back on white rice and sugar and increase my veggie intake. I started(this week) 30min spinning in the morning and 30 min treadmill walk in the evening.2
