My favorite WW saying was, and still is, "nothing tastes as good as thin feels".

Pizza comes close. Tacos also.

LOL! The holidays have begun and it seems everywhere I turn food is being placed in my path. The latest.....cheesecake brownies! I hope you're doing well. It's been some time since we ran in to each other on the boards.

    Greetings "Finish Strong Team"!
I have been slacking since we changed back the clocks. It's amazing how an one-hour shift can have a huge effect on me. I think it's mostly due to me being a super-early bird typically awakening between 3:00 - 4:30 am. This week is going to be my "No More Excuses Week".

My consumption was horrible on Friday and the scale is showing it. It's still in a downward trend, sigh, but not as much as planned. All is good, I am not beating myself up, we are all human.

    Stats
    SW: 195.0 - 08/24/19
    CW: 168.8 - 11/17/19

I hope everyone has a great week and is staying the course.

I am totally with you there.
I have been here a year, made good strides (over -80lbs down) but could of been better.
I just started keto, which is going great my 1st week. I want to lose as close to 24 lbs as possible by the holidays. Keto and working out seem to be my weight loss jam...so I look forward to the holidays this year. It's easier to say no to things when the scale doesn't curse you when you step on it in the morning. lol.
Full honesty here... I hate posting my weight, like despise it, and don't... usually. Seriously debated about posting this, but after some back and forth, I did. Kinda feel like the total fatty in the room looking where everyone else is at and what their goals are. I hate that. I usually don't feel that way. Oh well, I will get over it.
I really wanted to jump on an accountability/goal oriented thread through the holidays.
    SO here goes nothing.

    Weight:284.6
    Goal by 12/31/19: 260
Favorite Calorie Burning Activity: Yoga, recumbent bike
Biggest Challenge to meeting your Goals: Sticking to keto through the holidays. and staying away from negativity
A Guilty Pleasure: chocolate.....mmm, chocolate. lol

Only down to 139.5. Frustrating because there is nothing to point to one why I haven't lost more. I have not cheated once (ok 3 croutons at yesterday's work potluck).
I have been eating in deficit by 1000 calories every day.
I am not giving up! Maybe the swoosh loss will happen today.

@mamaLBSdown I love the recumbent bike! I read novels and listen to music and time flies by! Congratulations on 80lbs down!

@LynnJ9 Hi! Hang in there, you got this! Sometimes we stall even doing all the right things.

My weight is up today though I had pizza and bread yesterday, haven't had simple carbs since September so I suspect that's why. I'm maintaining and 1.5lbs above my range so I'll keep a close eye on it. Watched my nephews at a Spartan race yesterday and while I work out and don't think I'd currently do that great it's hard not to become inspired to do one! Today's weight is 126.

I don't think I actually checked in yet.

    Weight: Ten day average 143.6
Goal by 12/31/19: 143.0 (actually I'm in maintenance and just keep a goal range of 140-150)
Favorite Calorie Burning Activity: Eating. Well, that and telemark skiing, SCUBA diving, paddling kayaks, and rowing rafts.
Biggest Challenge to meeting your Goals: Consistency
    A Guilty Pleasure: Beer
A Healthy Reward you enjoy: Beer!

To finish the year strong, I am working off a four pound weight gain I let catch up to me in September and October. Even with the Season of Gluttony nearly upon us, I intend to be mindful and stick with my program and get back where I was in late September and early October. If I gain a little, that's ok for now as long as I stay in my range.
