    Finding a stretching routine that will fix my slight apt and rounded shoulders (anterior pelvic tilt). This is cause by poor posture and/or sitting at a desk all day (engineer).

    My ex husband.
    He invited me over for lunch but when I got there he completely washed and detailed my car. 🥰

    There was a lot of dog hair,
    it’s now spotless.
    So nice that he’s a perfectionist when he’s helping me out.

    Thanks. It's not quick enough for my liking but at the same time seems like a really aggressive recovery protocol. It's really hard work, I knew it would be but not this much
